Reference to the meeting conveyed by Madam Principal GDC, Pampore and subsequently issuance of Minutes of Meeting vide No: GDC/PMP/020/1252 Dated: 13-06-2020 it was decided in the meeting that under the supervision and guidance of chief Librarian a “book-bank” would be established for helping the needy students. In this regard all the stakeholders including outgoing students, faculty, staff members or anybody local or any NGO who want to get voluntarily involved for this good cause and in a good will gesture help needy and poor students to encourage them to complete learning process. Those who will show great enthusiasm and active involvement and help library to generate “book-bank” or “book-donation” will be awarded with “Certificate of Appreciation” from college and the gesture will be highly appreciated.
